Account Creation and Management

Go to the Create Account page, fill in the form there with the required information (name, email, phone, password etc.) and click create account:

Your account will automatically be created and you will be logged in and redirected to your account home page.

Your login credentials will also be sent to the email you provided.

It’s a simple as that!

Sign in to your account via the sign in page here.

You can also access the sign in page from the navigation bar:

You may also use the Account Button to login – which can always be found at the bottom right corner of the website:

To sign in to your account simply go to the Sign In page, enter your credentials, and click the LOGIN button:

To log out go to your Account Page here and click the LOG OUT button and follow the prompts to log out:

Click CONFIRM AND LOG OUT  and you will be logged out of your account:

From there you can edit your account details such as name and display name:

 

When done click the SAVE CHANGES button:

Go to your Account Page here and click the VIEW / EDIT ADDRESSES button:

From there click Edit beside the address you wish to edit (billing or shipping):

Edit your address as necessary:

When done click the SAVE ADDRESS button:

Go to your Account Page here and click the EDIT ACCOUNT / PASSWORD button:

From there you can edit your email address:

When done click the SAVE CHANGES button:

To edit or change your password go to your Account Page here and click the EDIT ACCOUNT / PASSWORD button:

Enter your current password and your new password:

 

When done click the SAVE CHANGES button:

If you lost or have forgotten your password then go to the Sign In page here and click Lost your password?

You will be taken to the password recovery page. Enter your email address and click the RESET PASSWORD button:

You will be sent an email with a password reset link. Check your email and click the link provided. You will be taken to the password reset page. Enter your new password there and click the CHANGE PASSWORD button:

 

Your password will be changed and you can now use your new one to sign in.

Orders

Microgreen ordering for restaurants are weekly recurring orders. This means you place an order for microgreens and you will then receive those greens and be invoiced for them on a weekly basis (e.g. 1 kilogram of arugula delivered on Tuesday of every week).

Your weekly recurring order can be edited (add or remove microgreens, change amounts, etc.) or cancelled at any time.

Your initial order and any edits to your existing order will require a 2 week lead time to fulfill. Using the example above, after placing your order for 1 kilogram of arugula your first delivery will occur in 2 weeks. Following that you will receive your 1 kilogram of arugula every week until that order is edited or cancelled. An edit to the order (e.g. adding 500 grams of purple stem radish) will again require a 2 week lead time to fulfill. You will continue to receive your weekly 1 kilogram of arugula but the first delivery of the additional 500 grams or purple stem radish will occur two weeks from when the order was adjusted.

Find the microgreen you are interested in ordering:

Select a type and amount from the drop down menu:

Different microgreen varieties will have different options but in general you can purchase either live trays of microgreens (10’x20′ tray) or harvested microgreens (weight):

You can then set the quantity that you desire (e.g. 2 kilograms):

And then click the ADD TO CART button:

Your items will be added to your cart. Repeat this process until you have all the microgreens you want for your weekly recurring order. At this point you can view your cart items and ‘checkout’ and to complete your order:

 

At the checkout page enter your billing address and shipping (delivery address) if different than your billing address:

Then select if you want your microgreens delivered or if you would like to pick them up (see more details regarding delivery and pickup here):

Next select your desired delivery/pickup date:

You may now click the PLACE ORDER button to complete your order:

Note that you will be emailed invoices on a weekly basis after your first delivery/pickup:

Go to your Account Page here and click the VIEW / EDIT ORDERS button:

 

You can then view or edit your existing orders:

Click EDIT ORDER and your cart will be filled with the existing order items for you to edit, remove, or add to. You can also change all other aspects of your order (delivery, pickup, address, etc.). Continue to check out as normal and complete your order. Any changes to your existing order will be fulfilled or removed in 2 weeks.

Note when you view your orders you will now see a cancelled order (the original order) and a new order (your edited order):

This order was edited on March 1st and has had 2 live trays of purple stem radish removed and 1 kilograms of sunflower and 500 grams of yellow mustard greens added. The 2 kilograms of arugula remain unchanged. Again there is a 2 week lead time for new and edited orders. This means for the next two weeks this customer will receive their arugula and purple stem radish from their original order and be invoiced accordingly. On the third week they will now receive their arugula, sunflower, and yellow mustard but no purple stem radish. Their adjusted order will then continue until edited again or cancelled.

Go to your Account Page here and click the VIEW / EDIT ORDERS button:

 

Find the order you wish to cancel and click CANCEL:

Your order is now cancelled:

two week lead time is required once your order is cancelled – as such you will receive and be invoiced a final two weeks of microgreens.

Delivery & Pickup

Microgreens are delivered on a weekly basis. We delivery on Tuesdays and/or Fridays.

At checkout for your order you must select which day or days you wish to have your order delivered.

Microgreens are picked up on a weekly basis. Pickup days on Tuesdays and/or Fridays.

At checkout for your order you must select which day or days you wish to pick up your order from our downtown location.

Delivery fees are calculated based on your location:

Downtown Kelowna – Free

Kelowna Outside of Downtown – $10

Outside of Kelowna – $15

Don’t throw them away! We will pick them up upon next delivery.

Invoices & Payment

Upon completion of your order you will receive a confirmation of your order in your email.

Your first delivery/pickup will then occur in 2 weeks (either on a Tuesday or Friday depending what you selected in your order). At this time you will be sent an invoice to your email:

Payment is due 30 days from invoice date. You can then pay by clicking the Pay Invoice button and pay with credit card:

Alternatively you can may pay with cash or cheque.

After payment you will be emailed a receipt of your payment.

We accept all major credit cards (American Express, VISA, and Mastercard), debit card, cheques, and cash.

Payment is due 30 days upon receipt of invoice.

Misc.

A 2 week lead time is required for new orders, adjustments, and cancellations due to the planting and growing schedule of our microgreen crops.
